Application fee: $500. B. General Examination (including sub-section examination): $450. C. Late fee: $200. Submit all fees with application. If the applicant does not meet credentialling criteria, the examination fee will be refunded. The remaining fees are non-refundable. $450 of fees may be refunded upon receipt of a written statement that the applicant wishes to withdraw from the examination. This statement must reach the Administrative Office at least 30 days prior to the examination. Deferral to a subsequent year's examination will require a full application form to be resubmitted together with the credentialling and examination fees.
